By completing a purchase on scalewithvision.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase.

Your purchase constitutes your electronic acceptance of these terms. No signature is required.

Course Access & Delivery

4.1 Delivery Method

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email at the address provided at checkout containing access links to your purchased course materials. Course materials are hosted on Google Drive and delivered as PDF files. You do not need a Google account to access your files.

4.2 Perpetual Access to Version Purchased

You receive perpetual access to the version of the course materials purchased. Scale With Vision LLC may update course content over time. Access to updated versions is not guaranteed and may be offered at Scale With Vision’s discretion.

4.3 Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your course delivery email within 30 minutes of purchase, check your spam folder first, then contact hello@scalewithvision.com with your order confirmation number. We will resolve delivery issues promptly.

4.4 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for saving your course materials to a location you control. Scale With Vision LLC is not responsible for loss of access caused by changes to the delivery platform or expiration of third-party links beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

All Scale With Vision course materials — including slide decks, worksheets, workbooks, AI prompts, appendices, and all associated content — are the exclusive intellectual property of Scale With Vision LLC and are protected by U.S. copyright law.

Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable personal license to use the course materials for your own learning and business application. You may not:

• Share, distribute, or resell course materials to any other person or entity
• Use course materials to train, instruct, or educate others in a professional or commercial capacity
• Reproduce, adapt, or create derivative works based on Scale With Vision course content
• Post course materials publicly online, in whole or in part

Unauthorized use of Scale With Vision intellectual property may result in termination of your license and legal action.

Refund Policy

Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital products, Scale With Vision LLC does not offer refunds after course materials have been delivered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this policy.

If you experience a technical delivery failure — meaning your course materials were never successfully delivered despite correct contact information at checkout — please contact hello@scalewithvision.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue at no charge.

Accuracy of Information & Platform Changes

Scale With Vision LLC makes reasonable efforts to update course materials when significant platform changes occur, but does not warrant that all information is current at the time of your purchase or access. Steps, screenshots, and interface descriptions may differ from what you encounter on live platforms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Scale With Vision LLC’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to a course purchase shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the specific course at issue.

Scale With Vision LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of course materials, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or business interruption.

Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use Scale With Vision course materials only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Share your course access links with others
• Use course content to develop competing educational products
• Misrepresent Scale With Vision course materials as your own original work
• Attempt to circumvent delivery or access systems

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Before any dispute proceeds to court, Scale With Vision LLC may, at its sole discretion, propose non-binding mediation between the parties.

Any dispute not resolved through mediation, or where mediation is not elected, shall be resolved in the courts of Benton County, Arkansas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

Scale With Vision LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted at scalewithvision.com/terms with a revised effective date. Your continued use of scalewithvision.com after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Purchases made before an update are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.
